5832- Super Concentrated Alkaline CIP Cleaner
CleanEdge 5832 Super Concentrated Alkaline CIP Cleaner is truly a premium quality product. It is specifically formulated to remove heavy deposits of fats, oils, and protein from holding tanks, pipelines, and process vessels. Typically used with hot water 160°F – 180°F CleanEdge #5832 has been used at colder temperatures and still produces great results. (depends on water quality and soil load)
Typical Dilutions: 1.5%-2% Solution by volume. It is safe to use on all types of fiberglass, polyethylene, polypropylene, and stainless steel, but is not recommended for soft metals such as aluminum.
CleanEdge 5832 contains a high level of alkaline builders, water conditioning agents, and anti-redeposition agents. It is completely biodegradable. When used according to label directions 5832 meets USDA requirement for use as a general cleaner in all departments of official establishments operating under the Federal meat, poultry, shell egg grading, and egg products inspection programs.

Typically used with hot water 120°F-140°F
Typical Dilutions: 1-3% Solution by volume

It has a very high reserve acidity and contains water conditioning rinse additives. It is recommended for use at temperatures from 50°F – 210°F in high flow rate recirculating system, high pressure spray applications, or as a steam cleaner.
